Srinagar 11 October (KNB): A Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) is among the five army personnel who have been critically injured in an encounter in Surankote area of Jammu.
The encounter started in the forest area of Surankote, Poonch on Monday morning in which four to five militants were believed to be trapped.
However, after the encounter, an officer said that five army personnel have got critically injured in the operation among whom one is Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO).
The encounter is said to be going on between the army and militants in the area. (KNB)
