Srinagar 24 March (KNB): In another bank robbery incident on Wednesday, around two lakh rupees were looted from the Central Kashmir Budgam’s J&K bank by robbers.
According to a police official, robbers carrying guns had fired in the air and later ran away with two lakh rupees from the J&K bank.
However, the police have initiated an investigation into the matter to nab the robbers behind the looting of a big amount of cash.
It is pertinent to mention that the same incidents happened recently in north Kashmir and in the outskirts of Srinagar, where the robbers looted banks in a similar fashion. (KNB)
