Anantnag 24 March (KNB): Forces arrested a driver after allegedly recovering arms and ammunition from his vehicle in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Wednesday.
Officials said that a team of Army’s 19RR and SOG Kokernag intercepted a vehicle Tata Sumo, bearing number JK03B 9733, at Senzi Gadole area.
Arms and ammunition were recovered from the Sumo, officials added.
However, the said vehicle was later seized by the police and the driver, identified as Waseem Ahmad, resident of Senzi Gadole, was arrested. (KNB)
