Anantnag 15 October (KNB): Two days after her release, former Chief Minister and Peoples Democratic Party President Mehbooba Mufti visited Mufti Mohammad Sayeed’s graveyard in her hometown Bijbehara, South Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
Locals confirmed to Kashmir News Bureau (KNB) that several senior party leaders were accompanying Mehbooba during the visit to her father’s graveyard.
Mehbooba was under detention for 14 months and couldn’t visit her father’s graveyard on his death anniversary (7 January). (KNB)
