Srinagar 19 July (KNB): As a reminder to their players, Barcelona had struck up a headline in their dressing room to give them sigh of relief regarding Cristiano Ronaldo testing Covid-19 positive.
Fans spotted the headline published by a Spanish news paper ahead of the Barcelona and Juventus clash in Champions League group game in the Month of October last year, which Ronaldo had to miss after testing Covid-19 Positive.
The headline was used to warn the Barcelona players against violating Covid regulations, which translates to “Cristiano returns to test positive for Covid-19 and is low against Barça.”
Underneath the headline it was written, “The competition is at stake.” And: “The rules are to be met.”
In the first leg, which Ronnie missed due to the positive report, Barcelona won by 2 goals to none.
