Srinagar 24 September (KNB): India reports 31,382 new coronavirus cases and 318 fatalities due to deadly virus in the last 24 hours, according to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
As per the morning update by the Health Ministry, India’s active caseload stands at 3,00,162 and active cases account for less than 1% of total cases, currently at 0.89%; lowest since March 2020
The Health Ministry said that there have been 32,542 recoveries in the last 24 hours, which has increased the total recoveries to 3,28,48,273.
The MoHFW said that the daily positivity rate is reported to be 2.00 per cent and the weekly positivity rate stands at 2.07 per cent, which is less than 3 per cent for the last 91 days.
Moreover, the Health Ministry informed that 84.15 Crore vaccine doses have been administered so far under Nationwide Vaccination Drive and a total of 55.99 crore tests have been conducted so far across the country. (KNB)
