Pulwama 24 February (KNB): In south kashmir’s Pulwama district, a leopard was killed by the people after it attacked a couple of people in the area on Wednesday.
The concerned officer had said that the death of the leopard came when it was attacked by the residents of the area
However, the official further said that the leopard had first attacked a couple of inhabitants belonging to one of the villages of pulwama and was later killed by the locals in retaliation.
The pictures circulating on the internet also showed the leopard lying on the ground with some locals gathered around its dead body. (KNB)
