Youth killing: Kangan shuts for second consecutive day

Ganderbal 16 April (KNB): A complete shutdown was observed in Kangan area of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on second consecutive day today against the killing of a local youth.

According to reports reached to Kashmir News Bureau, A youth identified as Amir Hamid Lone (22) of Chatergul Kangan, a second year student of Degree College Ganderbal was injured after he was hit by bullet in clashes with government forces on April 3 this month.

Pertinently, Clashes had erupted in Kangan on the day against the killing of another youth, Gowhar Ahmad Rather of Jamia market Kangan.(KNB)
