Jammu 11 December (KNB): The Government of Jammu and Kashmir have announced the winter vacations for all government and private schools of Kashmir and Jammu divisions from 21st of this month till 28th of February, 2021, with unprecedented online classes for the students during the winter season.
The order stated, “All the Government Educational Institutions including recognised Private Schools upto Higher Secondary Level functioning in the Kashmir Division and winter zone of Jammu Division shall observe winter vacation with effect from 21st of December, 2020 to 28th of February 2021.”
It added that the winter tutorial for class 11th and 12th and online classes for all the classes shall be held by strictly adhering the SOPs of Covid-19 issued by the Government from time to time.
The order further cautioned the heads of the schools of strict action under rules, if the given calendar and SOPs of Covid-19 are not followed. (KNB)
