While another person, seemingly critical, was shifted to a nearby hospital with the help of local NGO and other drivers present at the site,” said an eyewitness.
He said that the second person was also declared dead after shifting him to the hospital. “We were waiting here from yesterday 11:15 am, and the traffic police stationed at the area were not letting us go.
