Srinagar 07 August (KNB) Border Security Forces (BSF) on Saturday said that they have apprehended 10 Bangladeshi citizens who were trying to cross the Indo-Bangladesh International Border (IB).
BSF Guwahati after the arrest of ten Bangladeshi citizens hailed the vigil and alertness of their men, patrolling the border. They said that Seema Praharis of 192 BN under the aegis of BSF Guwahati made it possible to not let the Bangladeshi nationals cross the IB illegally.
As per BSF, the captured ones include women, children and a male person.
In this regard the Army official said that “While ensuring effective border management and operating 24×7 with arduous challenges, on 07 Aug 2021, Seema Praharis of 192BN under the aegis of BSF Guwahati Ftr apprehended 10 Bangladeshi nationals trying to cross International Border illegally on Indo-Bangladesh border.” (KNB)
