Srinagar 09 August (KNB): Security forces on Monday reportedly launched a cordon and search operation in Maheshwar area of Jammu’s Samba following a suspicious movement of some persons there.
As per reports, the cordon and search operation was launched following CCTV’s capturing of a movement of some persons in the Samba’s Maheshwar area.
Later, the security forces swung into action and started to scour the area by initiating CASO.
It is pertinent to mention that a few days ago two militants of LeT outfit were killed in an encounter in the Thanamandi area of Rajouri. (KNB)
