Srinagar 19 August (KNB): On the day of 10th Muharram (Ashoora), Lieutenant Governor Jammu and Kashmir Manoj Sinha said that the martyrdom of Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS) and his companions has a unifying message for us all.
Sinha said in his tweet that he is remembering martyrs of Karbala on the occasion of Ashoora and added that the martyrdom of Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS) & his companions has a unifying message for all of us to uphold the high principles of human dignity & justice.
He further said that “I urge people to follow the path of righteousness, courage & truth.”
