PM Modi Congratulates Naftali Bennett on Becoming New PM of Israel

Srinagar 14 June (KNB): The Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi on Monday congratulated Naftali Bennett on becoming the New Prime Minister of Israel.

In a tweet, the Prime Minister said, “Excellency @naftalibennett, congratulations on becoming the Prime Minister of Israel. As we celebrate 30 years of the upgradation of diplomatic relations next year, I look forward to meeting you and deepening the strategic partnership between our two countries. @IsraeliPM”

Moreover, PM Modi also expressed gratitude to Benjamin Netanyahu for his leadership and personal attention to India-Israel strategic partnership.

He said, “As you complete your successful tenure as the Prime Minister of the State of Israel, I convey my profound gratitude for your leadership and personal attention to India-Israel strategic partnership @netanyahu.”

Pertinent to mention that on Sunday, the parliament of Israel voted on a new government putting an end to the 12 year long rule of Benjamin Netanyahu, the longest serving Prime Minister in the history of Israel.

Moreover, the right wing Jewish Nationalist and former tech millionaire, Naftali Bennett is now the new Prime Minister of Israel. (KNB)
