Palhallan, May 16(KNB): A one-storey residential house belonging to Ab Ahad Tantry was completely gutted in a fire incident in the Palhallan area on Saturday.
Officials told news agency Kashmir News Bureau that soon after the incident, teams from Fire and Emergency Services, Police Post Palhallan, and 29 RR Ussan rushed to the spot and launched a firefighting operation.
After strenuous efforts, the flames were brought under control, preventing the fire from spreading to nearby structures, officials said.
No loss of life or injuries were reported in the incident. Meanwhile, the cause of the fire was not immediately known.(KNB)
