Srinagar 17 March (KNB): Veteran political leaders Muzaffar Hussain Baig on Wednesday formally joined Jammu and Kashmir People’s Conference (JKPC).
Former deputy CM of J&K and Padma Bhushan awardee Muzaffar Baig joined JKPC party in the presence of it’s Chairman Sajad Lone, Vice-Chairman Abdul Gani Vakil, senior political leaders Abid Ansari, Sajad Aijaz Ali, Irfan Panditpuri, Bashir Ahmad Dar and several others at his residence.
Moreover, senior politician like Baig will increase the political strength JKPC through out the valley and as per reliable sources, more political leaders are going to join the party in future.
Pertinent to mention, Baig parted ways from Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in November last year and was among the founding members of the party. (KNB)
