Srinagar 29 October (KNB): Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Thursday congratulated Tajamul Islam for winning a gold medal at the World Kickboxing Championship 2021 in Egypt and said that her remarkable passion and unparalleled grit would inspire many youngsters.
LG said on Twitter that “Many congratulations to Tajamul Islam of Bandipora for scripting history in Cairo Egypt by winning the Gold medal at the World Kickboxing Championship 2021.”
He said that our young kickboxing champion has done exceptionally well over the years. LG further added that her athletic journey of remarkable passion & unparalleled grit will inspire many youngsters of the country to achieve new milestones.
However, Tajamul Islam also took his twitter handle and expressed her exuberance by saying that it was really a proud moment for her. Islam also said that now she is two times world kickboxing champion. (KNB)
