Srinagar 11 November (KNB): A family from Kralpora, Tehsil B K Pora on Thursday protested here against the bail given by a judge to alleged murderers of their son.
Father of the victim said that his son was murdered by his wife with the help of her paramour last year on 28th August. He said that the duo were arrested after a postmortem report came and police investigation showed section 302, which he meant that on the duo accused section 302 of IPC was invoked.
He said that they are in a fix as to how a judge could give bail to ones held under section 302 of IPC. “They (the victim’s wife and her paramour) should be held until the judge gives some concrete verdict and not be let to roam free,” said the father of the victim.
He further said that his son’s wife and her paramour had illegitimate relations with each other and were involved in the killing of their son.
The family member also said that there is something fishy as the two were arrested under section 302 but despite that were released on bail.
“Now we are just demanding justice and both murderers should be dealt with as per the law,” they added. (KNB)
