Srinagar 11 November (KNB): An encounter has started between militants and security forces in South Kashmir Kulgam’s Chawalgam on Thursday afternoon, said police.
The encounter started in the area after a cordon and search operation was carried out by security forces in the Chawalgam area after having inputs about the presence of militants there.
However, till last update there were no reports about the casualty being inflicted on either side engaged in the ongoing gunfight. (KNB)
