Srinagar 31 August(KNB): Netizens were shell shocked by a video after they saw students in a school having lunch beneath school buses. Once the video reached social networking websites, it broke the internet like fire.
The video was grabbed by a parent in Oasis School Nowgam, where he had gone to pay a visit. The reasons of the visit were claimed to be a parent teacher meeting.
Shocked, to see their wards having lunch the parent walked upto kids asking, so they take lunch here always, the students gave affirmative answer.
The video was shared and people began to slug out their anger against the school. While many claimed that high fees is being paid to big names but no facilities are being provided.
Some commented that administration must initiate action against the school and some called for general revamp of schools, who demand high fees.
The debate raged for the day and school was left red faced.
Netizens demanded that administration must ensure that if parents are r ady to pay whopping fees that is charged, they must receive equal facilities as well.
The video remains to garner attention and debate continues as to why Oasis school did nothing. The lackadaisical approach of the school has added fuel to the fire.(KNB)
