J&K’s Daily Oxygen Generation Capacity 54,500 Cubic Metres, Consumption 25,000 Cubic Metres: DIPR

Srinagar 28 April (KNB): The Department of Information and Public Relation (DIPR) J&K on Wednesday said that there is 54,500 cubic metres of oxygen generating capacity in the UT daily as of April 28. 

DIPR said that among the total present oxygen generating capacity in J&K UT, hospitals have 24,500 cubic metres and industrial equal to 30,000 cubic metres daily.  

“The present generation capacity of oxygen in the UT of J&K is 54,500 cubic metres (Hospitals-24,500 cubic metres+Industrial-30,000 cubic metres) daily, as of 28.04.2021,” tweeted DIPR.

They further added that the UT of J&K has ample supply of oxygen and has a substantial number of filled Oxygen cylinders. 

DIPR also announced that the present consumption of oxygen in the UT of J&K  is approximately 25000 Cubic metres daily, as of 28.4.202. (KNB)
