Srinagar 28 April (KNB): One labourer and a contractor was killed in a blast inside the chemical factory on Wednesday in Jammu’s Kathua area.
According to an official, two died in the incident in which one was labourer and other was contractor. During the incident two charred bodies were found in which one identified as Shakeel Ahmad while other was the labourer.
SSP told reporters that the factory would make zinc and copper products and told that it is not known yet whether the incident has happened intentionally or by some overlook. He also said that besides two dead bodies another one was also found, believed to be labourer, who was later taken to hospital and whose identification is being ascertained.
However, SSP further said that police are looking into the matter and are scouring the place to make sure whether any other body is inside the burnt structure. (KNB)
