Budgam 27 October (KNB): An encounter raged between militants and security forces on Tuesday evening, in Manchowa area of Central Kashmir’s Budgam district .
According to Kashmir News Bureau reports, on specific information about the presence of militants in the area, security forces launched a cordon and search operation, during which a militants fired upon them, which was retaliated by the forces, triggering an encounter.
However, firing from the both sides is going on when the last report came in. (KNB)
