Srinagar 10 August (KNB): Safer Baba Shrine located in Safa Kadal area of central Kashmir’s Srinagar was damaged in a fire incident during the morning hours on Tuesday.
As per news agency Kashmir News Bureau reports, the fire broke out in the Safer Baba Shrine in Waniyar area of Safa Kadal due to a short circuit.
The fire engulfed the Shrine during the morning hours and immediately emergency services were called upon.
An official said that after reaching the spot, fire tenders managed to douse the flames but the Shine had already sustained damage. (KNB)
