Srinagar, July 30: Er. Raquib-ul-Rashid, State President, JK All Alliance Democratic Party (JKAADP) called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha at Raj Bhawan on Saturday.
In a statement issued to news agency Kashmir News Bureau-KNB JKAADP said, State President JK All Alliance Democratic Party (JKAADP) Er. Raquib ul Rashid meets J&K LG Manoj Sinha at Raj Bhawan. In the meeting various issues were discussed & resolutions of same were assured from LG Manoj Sinha’s side.
“Raquib congratulated The LG administration for taking the historic decision of allowing the 8th Muharram Procession after 35 years & also presented the memorandum in which the staggering high rate of unemployment in J&K, rising drug addiction & formation of drug rehabilitation centres in Valley & jammu were discussed”.statement added
Statement further stated that another issue which was discussed were the long pending salaries of the employees of State Cooperative Bank which are withheld. The last but not least State President also presented the Party manifesto to the LG Manoj Sinha after going through the manifesto he was very happy to see & imploded that JKAADP’s manifesto is very futuristic & practical for future of & full-fledged development of the J&K.
The LG also assured that the all points mentioned in memorandum will be taken seriously and steps will be taken in time bound manner to implement them. The meeting lasted for more than 37 mintue at Rajbawan Srinagar. Statement further added (KNB)
