Kulgam 29 July (KNB): An Army soldier was abducted by unknown person from his vehicle in Kulgam. The kidnapping took place under mysterious circumstances, leaving the soldier’s family devastated.
According to initial reports, the incident occurred late last night when he had driven a car to purchase grocery items. The soldier, identified as Javeed Ahmad Wani S/o Mohammad Ayub Wani of Asthal Kulgam, Posted in Ladakh region and was on leave.
The soldier’s father has made a heart-wrenching appeal for his son’s safe return. In an emotional press byte pleaded with the abductors to release his son unharmed, urging them to consider the pain and anguish their actions have inflicted on the entire family.
“I implore those who have taken him to have mercy and let him come back to us. We are desperate to see his face and hear his voice again,” said his father Mohammad Ayub.
Security forces have launched a massive search operation,to track down the abductors and secure the safe release of the army personnel.(KNB)
