Srinagar 25 November (KNB): The Jammu and Kashmir Disaster Management Authority (DMA) has issued Medium Danger and Low Danger avalanche warnings for several districts of Jammu and Kashmir.
A DMA Officials stated that Medium Danger (Yellow Alert) avalanche warning has been issued for higher reaches of district Kishtwar, Kupwara and Bandipora.
Low Danger (Yellow Alert) avalanche warning exists for higher reaches of Poonch, Rajouri, Ramban, Doda, Anantnag, Kulgam, Baramulla, Ganderbal and Leh districts, official added.
The people in these areas are advised to take precautions and not to venture in avalanche prone areas, official advised. (KNB)
