Srinagar 25 September (KNB): India has reported 29,616 new cases of Covid19, with 290 covid fatalities during the last 24 hours, as per Union Health Ministry.
As per the ministry, a total of 3,28,76,319 covid patients have recovered so far in the country and 28,046 patients have been recovered in the last 24 hours across India.
“The active caseload of the country currently stands at 3,01,442, which is 1% of total cases, currently at 0.90%,” said the Health Ministry.
It further said that the daily positivity rate at present is 1.86 percent, a figure less than three percent for the last 26 days. “Weekly Positivity Rate remains 1.99 percent, which is less than 3% for the last 92 days,” it added.
The ministry further said that 84.89 Cr. vaccine doses have been administered so far under Nationwide Vaccination Drive and 56.16 Cr total tests conducted so far. (KNB)
