Srinagar 01 October (KNB): India has reported 26,727 new cases of Covid19, with 277 covid fatalities during the last 24 hours, as per Union Health Ministry.
As per the ministry, a total of 3,30,43,144 covid patients have recovered so far in the country and 28,246 patients have been recovered in the last 24 hours across India.
“The active caseload of the country currently stands at 2,75,224, which is the lowest in 196 days and constitutes 0.82% of total cases,” said the Health Ministry.
It further said that the daily positivity rate at present is 1.76 percent, a figure less than three percent for the last 32 days. “Weekly Positivity Rate remains 1.70 percent, which is less than 3% for the last 98 days,” it added.
The ministry further said that 89.02 Cr. vaccine doses have been administered so far under Nationwide Vaccination Drive and 57.04 Cr total tests conducted so far. (KNB)
