After Interrogation Missing Driver, Cleaner Handed over to family

New Delhi 24 November (KNB): Truck driver and cleaner who were allegedly involved in the encounter that took place near Ban Toll Plaza in Jammu, have been handed over to their family, after interrogation didn’t reveal anything.

The Delhi Police’s Special Cell had received inputs about the truck driver & cleaner, involved in Nagrotra militant attack, were helping militants, officials stated.

Officials further stated that they were picked up from Delhi & interrogated but since nothing was found during questioning, they were handed over to their family.

Pertinently, Four non-local militants were killed in an encounter between forces and militants near Ban Toll Plaza in Jammu on 19th of November.

Officials reported that the militants were travelling in a truck and opened fire on the security forces during a search operation. The operation lasted for around 3 hours. (KNB)
