Kupwara, 13Mar(KNB): DC Kupwara Anshul Garg held special meeting with Nodal officers urges them to conduct smooth Elections and also ask them to be prepared for the future strategies of the upcoming Elections 2019.Who was also The District Election Officer to put light on cream issues at Mini Meeting Hall DC complex Kupwara District today.
During the programme with Nodal officers he adviced to pave a way for conduct free and fair Elections so that Everyone who is 18 above year’s above according to the Menifesto put vote and support to political parties.
DC Kupwara, significantly to arise out all those issues regarding Election policies, plans, procedures, EVM management, training polling staff, postal ballot management, information cell plan, Transport facility, Helpline numbers and grievances besides Law and order issue’s .
He stressed to remain activate and be able to maintain there regular duties according to the ECI Guidelines.
He added that, we should conduct a major scale programmes and Awareness camps under SVEEP at different Block levels for greater potential more and more participation in the Upcoming Elections. He instructed to Officers to reach out every corner to play adorned Role and also urges them to ensure each and every facilities to general voters like water, Electricity, and other basic component’s.
DEO stressed on Nodal officer’s to go check the latest guidelines for the major information of Elections and do submit the daily report as per Instructions of ECI Format.
The DEO further directed the Nodal Officers to exceed equipments for the smooth conduct of the upcoming Elections in the district and make Better Environment for good turnout results.
Additional Deputy Commissioner, Farooq Ahmad Baba, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Bashir Ahmad, JD Planning, Deputy DEO, DIO, DTO, besides other concerned were present during the meeting. (KNB)
