Budgam 28 March(KNB): In a heart-wrenching incident, the lifeless body of a 5-year-old girl was found in a nearby area in Hariwani, central Kashmir’s Budgam district.
According to reports, Toiba Mushtaq, daughter of Mushtaq Ahmad Khan, had gone missing from her residence earlier in the evening.
The details reveal that a leopard snatched Toiba from the lawns of her home, leading to a search operation. Police, wildlife teams, and local residents joined forces to locate the missing girl.
Tragically, the girl’s lifeless remains were found nearby. The area has witnessed frequent sightings of big cats.(KNB)
