35-Year-Old Non-local Labourer Dies in South Kashmir

Srinagar 24 April (KNB): A non-local labourer died in South Kashmir’s Damhal Hanjipora area of Kulgam after complaining of chest pain. 

An official has identified the non-local labour as Mohammad Azam Alam, 35, from Bihar. The deceased was working as a welder.

However, Alam was also taken to a district hospital, Kulgam, after suffering from pain in the chest, where doctors declared him dead on arrival.

It is pertinent to mention that the deceased was tested for the Covid but was reported negative. 

Officials have said the deceased’s body would be handed over to his relative after fulfilling all the medico-legal requirements.(KNB)
