Srinagar 27 March (KNB): A middle-aged woman’s body was fished out from a river in Jammu’s Poonch, which officials confirmed on Saturday.
Police official has said that the body of a woman after getting out from the river was shifted to the hospital for the post mortem
The deceased has been identified as Sharifa, a resident of Mandi’s Danadoi area. However, police have also started to probe into the case.
It is pertinent to mention that the lady’s body is said to be given to her family members for observing her last rites after fulfilling all legal requirements. (KNB)
