Two Non Locals Workers Injured in Militants Firing in Anantnag

Anantnag 18 July(KNB): Militants injured two non-local individuals in a targeted attack on Tuesday evening in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district.

According to reports reaching to news agency Kashmir News Bureau, the victims, who were identified as non local workers were attacked by militants, opened fire causing injuries to both persons.

The attackers fled the scene immediately after carrying out the assualt. Security forces promptly arrived at the site and launched an manhunt to nab the attackers.

Meanwhile, The victims were transported to a nearby hospital, where they are currently receiving treatment for their injuries and are said to be stable

The incident has sent shockwaves through the valley, raising concerns about the safety and security of non locals.(KNB)
