Baramulla 17 March(KNB): In a bizarre accident, nearly 12 sheep were run over by a train near Raipora Palhallan in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Saturday.
The incident occurred on Saturday when Zahoor Ahmad lone resident of Raipora Palhalla, who had gone to graze his sheep, was attacked by a pack of dogs.
Eyewitnesses told news agency Kashmir News Bureau that, a pack of dogs attacked sheep near Raipora Palhallan and a moving train from Baramulla-Banihal ran over the animals.
Meanwhile Railway Police reached the spot and registered the case, Further investigation has been initiated.(KNB)
