Srinagar 30 March(KNB): The traffic movement on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway was halted on Wednesday following a landslide at dawal Bridge near Sarmoli.
According to reports, Hundreds of vehicles are stranded on the route, “National Highway 44 Blocked after landslide at Dawal bridge near Sarmoli,” told traffic official to KNB
The 270-kilometre long Jammu-Srinagar highway connects the Kashmir valley with the rest of India. The essential supplies reach the Valley via this highway.(KNB)
