To Secure Peace in Valley; Lt Gen Pandey Seeks For Civil Society, Forces Cooperation

However, Lt Gen Pandey paid tribute to brave soldiers — who have made sacrifices — at the Chinar War Memorial. He said that the flag does not fly because of the wind but by the dying breath of soldiers who have sacrificed their lives for the supreme cause.
