Srinagar deputy mayor led delegation meets Governor, seeks ban on PUBG cyber cafe

Jammu: A delegation of corporators of Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC) led by Srinagar deputy mayor Sheikh Mohammad Imran on Saturday met Governor SP Malik here and sought redressal of public issues while seeking ban on PUBG mobile game in cyber cafes in Srinagar.

The delegation apprised Governor about various developmental issues relating to SMC and brought into his notice some issues of public importance for redressal, an official handout said.

Besides, they demanded accommodation and security to corporators, enhancement of monthly honorarium, development of Dal lake and ban on ‘PUBG’ game in cyber cafe in the city, it said.

The Governor assured the delegation that their demands would be looked into and due consideration would be given for their early redressal, it added.
