Srinagar 27 March (KNB): Srinagar District Administration on Saturday said that they have set up a covid testing team at the Tulip garden gate for the voluntary testing.
“Covid Testing Team at your service at Tulip Garden gate. Pl enjoy your trip. Follow Covid protocol. Best wishes. District Admin Srinagar,” said a tweet by Srinagar District Administration.
It was also said that the team deployed there will be for voluntary testing only.
However, the Srinagar District Administration has likely taken this step following the spike in Covid cases in Kashmir. Although, the tweet also inferred that covid testing would be for the tourists. (KNB)
