Srinagar 8 November (KNB): Srinagar Municipal Corporation sealed four illegal structures in ward 22 KaranNagar. The structures had been sealed in Shutrashahi area.
Officials stated that the sealing took place after receiving several complaints from the residents of the said area.
Adding that while taking cognizance of the complaint, Commissioner SMC Mr Gazanfar Ali passed on directions to the Enforcement wing for prompt action after conducting spot visit.
Officials said that the structures were sealed in presence of Concerned Enforcement Officer, ward officer and other concerned officials.
Ali said that all those structure coming up illegally or the structures deviating from the sanctioned building plans will too face similar action.
Public in general is requested to strictly adhere to the approved building permission whether of residential or commercial nature and to do away with deviations in sanctioned building plans and illegal constructions, Commissioner SMC said. (KNB)
