Handwara, 08Jan(KNB): In a devastating midnight fire, creating extremely Disastrous situation at Prem Gali handwara when flames caught shops and devastated ten shops during intervening night of Tuesday and Wednesday.
Panic gripped the entire area overnight after nocturnal fire engulfed at least ten shops at Prem Gali, Handwara area of North Kashmir’s Kupwara District.
At least ten shops were caught in a massive fire before fire tenders rushed to the spot and doused the leaping flames.
Locals talking to the Kashmir News Bureau, ” that in the fire incident caused loss of Property worth lac of properties however, There was no report of loss of Human life or injury in the fire incident.
The incident took place during the intervening night at around 12.20 am when flames were seen from outside and everyone rushed towards the spot,” locals said
After the Mysterious fire disaster, former & Ex.Cabinet Minister Sajad Gani Lone tweets announced 20,000 Rupees to all victimized shoppers who lost worth lac properties as an immediate relief till the government aid is processed.(KNB)
