Srinagar, May 11: The Democratic Progressive Azad Party (DPAP) Provincial President of Women’s wing Kashmir Saima Jan strongly condemned Syed Altaf Bukhari’s statement which has hurt sentiments and emotions of Imam Hussain( AS) followers across the globe.
In a handout issued to KNB Saima has said that such immature statement has hit the peaceful atmosphere of Kashmir and hurt the brotherhood as protests are reported from across Kashmir. She said
“Such shameful observations go on to hurt the oneness of humanity. Altaf Bukhari like leader should understand the dynamics of sensitive issues and should immediately apologise publicly and not observe such tactics which hurt the peace and harmony”. Saima added
