Srinagar, May 7(KNB): The Cyber Police Kashmir has issued a warning to the public, advising against sharing or uploading any content related to security deployments or ongoing operations on social media platforms.
In a post on X, Cyber Police Kashmir stated, “People are advised not to share or upload any content related to security deployments or operations on social media. Such actions pose serious risks and will invite strict legal action under relevant laws. Exercise responsibility, as such acts compromise public safety.”
The authorities have emphasized that leaking or circulating sensitive information not only endangers lives but also obstructs official duties. Violators will be dealt with firmly under cyber and security laws, the advisory warned.(KNB)
