Srinagar, Feb 02(KNB): Former EJAC Leader Ab Qayoom Wani joined PDP in presence of PDP President and former Chief minister Mehbooba Mufti, after wani recently resigned from his service and orgainization on Saturday.
The joining of Qayoom Wani to politics was speculating from last few days and today he formally announces his decision of joining the politics.The decision of Wani got mixed reaction from the society.
Pertinently, Former IAS officer Shah Faisal terming his decision as freedom for education department said “Education Department gets freedom today. Congrats to Teacher community and the school children who had been held hostage all these years. With masks down, Inshallah, Education will flourish now in the valley of Kashmir.”
While, talking to Kashmir News Bureau, Qayoom Wani reacting to Faisal’s statement said, “His comments have no ramification on me and will not effect me in any way, he has been giving the childish comments earlier also, and for me he is just a chocolate boy.”(KNB)
