Srinagar 01 Feb(KNB): Government on Friday withdrawal reappointment of Director JK Entrepreneurship Development Institute,Dr M I Parray.
The government order reads, “The Government Order No: 91-IND of 2018 dated 20.03.2018 whereby Dr M.I. Parray has been reappointed as Director, JK Entrepreneurship Development Institute (JKEDI), being violative of the JKEDI Organizational Structure, Strategic Plan, Service and Recruitment Rules, 2013, suffers from legal defect ab-intio, and is, hence, withdrawn.”
Dr. Parray was appointed as the first Director of JKEDI in 2004, the position he held till February 28, 2018.
Parray retiered as a Director on 28 Feb 2018 as per the new service rules, but after 20 days he was reappointed in JKEDI which was found voilative of the law and today JK government ordered a withdrawal of re-appointment Order of Dr M I Parray as director JK Entrepreneurship Development Institute (JKEDI).(KNB)
