Srinagar 07 November (KNB): Unknown gunmen on Sunday evening shot dead a constable in central Kashmir Srinagar’s Batamaloo area.
As per an official, the constable was fired upon by unknown gunmen at SD colony in Batamaloo this evening. After being shot, the cop was taken to SMHS hospital for treatment.
However, the cop died from his injuries, received after being fired upon by unknown gunmen.
The deceased policeman has been identified as Tauseef Ahmad Wani, a resident of Batamaloo. (KNB)
