Srinagar, 10 January (KNB): The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has formally filed a petition under Article 137 of the Constitution of India, challenging the apex court’s judgment on the Article 370 abrogation matter.
In their statement, the PDP asserts that the said judgment exhibits several Ex Facie errors, highlighting their firm stance on seeking a review of the decision.-KNB
