Pakistan Violates Ceasefire Along LoC in JK’s Kupwara

Kashmir 17 November (KNB): Pakistani troops on Monday targeted Indian positions on the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kupwara district, says Army’s Defence spokesman.

Army’s Defence Spokesperson Rajesh Kalia stated that Pakistan initiated an unprovoked ceasefire Violation along LoC in Tangdhar sector of Kupwara district by firing mortars and other weapons.

He added that the Indian Army to the Pakistani aggression is giving a befitting response.

There have been no reports of any casualties in the firing so far.

Pertinently, on 13th November, Pakistan Army initiated unprovoked Ceasefire Violations in Uri Sector and Gurez Sector, killing four personnel of the Indian security forces. (KNB)
