Srinagar 13 December (KNB): Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (JKNC) Vice President Omar Abdullah Monday addressed a workers’ meeting at TRC ground in North Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
Omar Abudullah while reaching north Kashmir’s Kupwara was welcomed by party workers amid rousing slogans.
On the occasion, some of the party leaders were also present which includes Muhammad Sagar, Nasir Sogami, Choudary Muhammad Ramzan and Mir Saifullahn. Beside them, other party leaders and functionaries were also present, as per JKNC tweet.
Kupwara’s visit came after Omar Abdullah addressed a gathering at the Dak Bungalow in South Kashmir’s Anantnag last day where he told reporters on the sidelines of the event in response to a questions that the central government does not like the PAGD.
The address to the gatherings of late in Jammu and Kashmir by regional political parties is likely to step up the political activities in UT and to come out of the political wilderness. (KNB)
